class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p><em>Con base en lo que se\u00f1ala la Ley General de Responsabilidades Administrativas, se entiende por denunciante y la atenci\u00f3n a su denuncia en los siguientes t\u00e9rminos:<\/em><\/p><p><em><strong>Denunciante<\/strong>: La persona f\u00edsica o moral, o el Servidor P\u00fablico que acude ante las Autoridades investigadoras a que se refiere la presente Ley, con el fin de denunciar actos u omisiones que pudieran constituir o vincularse con Faltas administrativas, en t\u00e9rminos de los art\u00edculos 91 y 93 de esta Ley.<\/em><\/p><p><em style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\"><strong>Art\u00edculo 91.<\/strong> La investigaci\u00f3n por la presunta responsabilidad de faltas administrativas iniciar\u00e1 de oficio, por denuncia o derivado de las auditor\u00edas practicadas por parte de las autoridades competentes o, en su caso, de auditores externos.\u00a0<\/em><em style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\">Las denuncias podr\u00e1n ser an\u00f3nimas. En su caso, las autoridades investigadoras mantendr\u00e1n con car\u00e1cter de confidencial la identidad de las personas que denuncien las presuntas infracciones.<\/em><\/p><p><em><strong>Art\u00edculo 92.<\/strong> Las autoridades investigadoras establecer\u00e1n \u00e1reas de f\u00e1cil acceso, para que cualquier interesado pueda presentar denuncias por presuntas faltas administrativas, de conformidad con los criterios establecidos en la presente Ley.<\/em><\/p><p><em><strong>Art\u00edculo 93.<\/strong> La denuncia deber\u00e1 contener los datos o indicios que permitan advertir la presunta responsabilidad administrativa por la comisi\u00f3n de faltas administrativas, y podr\u00e1n ser presentadas de manera electr\u00f3nica a trav\u00e9s de los mecanismos que para tal efecto establezcan las autoridades <\/em><em>investigadoras, lo anterior sin menoscabo de la plataforma digital que determine, para tal efecto, el Sistema Nacional Anticorrupci\u00f3n.<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-c2ff23d elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\"
