mejorar la comunicaci\u00f3n entre el Ayuntamiento de Cuernavaca y la poblaci\u00f3n, las y los integrantes de la Comisi\u00f3n de Transparencia y Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales, Rendici\u00f3n de Cuentas y Combate a la Corrupci\u00f3n, escucharon el informe que guarda la Unidad de Transparencia, a fin de seguir reforzando esta importante \u00e1rea acorde a lo establecido por la ley para dar cumpliendo a mejores pr\u00e1cticas en Gobierno Abierto.<\/p>\n<p>En el marco de la sesi\u00f3n ordinaria, el regidor presidente de este \u00f3rgano, Adri\u00e1n Mart\u00ednez Terrazas; la regidora Wendi Salinas Ruiz y la representaci\u00f3n del regidor Jes\u00fas Rosales Puebla, coincidieron en la relevancia de conocer el trabajo efectuado por esta \u00e1rea a cargo de la Contralor\u00eda Municipal, particularmente sobre las solicitudes de informaci\u00f3n que llegan al municipio que atiende la Unidad de Transparencia a cargo de V\u00edctor Gerardo Navarrete S\u00e1nchez, y las formas de darles respuesta correctamente bajo el firme compromiso de respetar y hacer valer el derecho a la informaci\u00f3n como parte de los derechos humanos.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe recordar que desde el primer d\u00eda del Gobierno Municipal la transparencia y rendici\u00f3n de cuentas han sido una prioridad, muestra de ello fue que en la reestructura org\u00e1nica del Reglamento de Gobierno y de la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica, la Direcci\u00f3n de Transparencia fue adscrita a la Contralor\u00eda Municipal para que en su car\u00e1cter de \u00f3rgano interno de control, verifique de manera directa que se cumpla con la obligaci\u00f3n de respetar y garantizar el derecho de acceso a la informaci\u00f3n de todos los ciudadanos, as\u00ed como difundir y transparentar la informaci\u00f3n de
