municipales para la rehabilitaci\u00f3n del drenaje sanitario en la calle Felipe y Segunda Privada Felipe en la colonia Lotes Alegr\u00eda,<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Tambi\u00e9n se atender\u00e1 el deslave de la carretera que comunica a la comunidad de El Cebadal y el deslave en la carretera conocida como Camino Antiguo a Chalma<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Derivado del manejo eficaz y eficiente de la presente administraci\u00f3n municipal, el Cabildo del Ayuntamiento de Cuernavaca aprob\u00f3 la disposici\u00f3n de recursos propios municipales para atender tres obras emergentes en la ciudad, la rehabilitaci\u00f3n del drenaje sanitario en la calle Felipe y Segunda Privada Felipe en la colonia Lotes Alegr\u00eda, la atenci\u00f3n al deslave de la carretera que comunica a la comunidad de El Cebadal y el deslave en la carretera conocida como Camino Antiguo a Chalma, buscando garantizar la seguridad de la poblaci\u00f3n con infraestructura urbana en \u00f3ptimas condiciones y que resuelve problemas a\u00f1ejos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En sesi\u00f3n ordinaria, el secretario de Desarrollo Urbano y Obras P\u00fablicas, Demetrio Chavira de la Torre, dio a conocer los proyectos, se\u00f1alando que para la obra en la colonia Lotes Alegr\u00eda se estima un monto de inversi\u00f3n de dos millones 800 mil pesos que se efectuar\u00e1 en 30 d\u00edas en coordinaci\u00f3n con el Sistema de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado de Cuernavaca (SAPAC).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con respecto al deslave del principal acceso a la comunidad El Cebadal que se desgajo por las intensas lluvias registradas en el mes de octubre y al no contar con un muro de contenci\u00f3n, explic\u00f3 que contemplan un monto de inversi\u00f3n de hasta un mill\u00f3n 300 mil pesos del Fondo de Contingencias para mover tierras en 400 metros lineales, recuperando parte de la vialidad con la donaci\u00f3n de hasta dos metros de un terreno ejidal que les est\u00e1 ofreciendo la comunidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En tanto con la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Sustentable y Servicios P\u00fablicos estar\u00e1n realizando la obra en la carretera estatal rumbo a Chalma que padece el desgajamiento de parte de la carretera y que atender\u00e1n a trav\u00e9s de dos muros de contenci\u00f3n con una inversi\u00f3n de 900 mil pesos m\u00e1s IVA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tras manifestar su respaldo a los proyectos, el presidente municipal, Jos\u00e9 Luis Uri\u00f3stegui Salgado, refiri\u00f3 que son urgentes atender, ya que en el caso de la colonia Lotes Alegr\u00eda la misma poblaci\u00f3n ha solicitado los trabajos ante los riesgos a la salud que genera el colapso del drenaje que est\u00e1 a cielo abierto y con la obra en la comunidad El Cebadal buscan brindar seguridad a las personas que transitan de Buenavista del Monte y de otras zonas de la comunidad, quienes actualmente est\u00e1n utilizando un camino de terracer\u00eda para entrar y salir, pero no est\u00e1 en condiciones para que sea de forma permanente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En relaci\u00f3n a la obra en la carretera rumbo a Chalma, precis\u00f3 que, si bien es estatal, el estado no ha atendido esta urgente necesidad, pese a que el deslave ha provocado accidentes, al tener una ca\u00edda libre de por lo menos 50 metros de altura, invadiendo parte del carril de circulaci\u00f3n del poniente a oriente, por ello consider\u00f3 factible el proyecto, mediante el cual har\u00e1n el recorte del cerro y colocar\u00e1n lozas sobre la cuneta para lograr que los dos carriles tengan la misma distancia, situando una barrera de contenci\u00f3n que evite
