SALIDA CABILDO DE CUERNAVACA A PENSIONES Y JUBILACIONES A TRABAJADORES REZAGADAS POR ANTERIORES ADMINISTRACIONES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dando cumplimiento a la Ley del Servicio Civil del Estado de Morelos, el Cabildo de Cuernavaca aprob\u00f3 ocho jubilaciones y cuatro pensiones de trabajadores de la administraci\u00f3n central, as\u00ed como del Sistema de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado de Cuernavaca (SAPAC) y del Sistema DIF Cuernavaca como un reconocimiento a los a\u00f1os de servicio y profesionalismo mostrado a favor de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Los trabajadores se desempe\u00f1aron en \u00e1reas como Infraestructura Urbana, Polic\u00eda Vial y Polic\u00eda Preventiva y en la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Sustentable; si bien algunos decretos derivaron de resoluciones jurisdiccionales administrativas o de amparo, otros fueron al haber cumplido de manera natural con el tiempo establecido en la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios y haber alcanzado los derechos que la ley establece.<\/p>\n<p>De este modo, se concedieron pensiones por cesant\u00eda en edad avanzada y por jubilaci\u00f3n a trabajadores del Sistema DIF Cuernavaca.<\/p>\n<p>En el marco de votaci\u00f3n, el regidor presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente Dictaminadora de Pensiones inform\u00f3 que en la pr\u00f3xima sesi\u00f3n del \u00f3rgano colegiado incluir\u00edan asuntos no litigiosos o que no tienen alg\u00fan amparo o situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica con el objetivo de este 2024 seguir avanzando en el tema para aprobar m\u00e1s pensiones como un acto de justicia social,
