{"id":48408,"date":"2025-02-25T16:06:53","date_gmt":"2025-02-25T22:06:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cuernavaca.gob.mx\/?p=48408"},"modified":"2025-02-25T16:06:53","modified_gmt":"2025-02-25T22:06:53","slug":"b94-25-02-25-cuernavaca-fortalece-colaboracion-intermunicipal-y-estatal-para-el-desarrollo-urbano-y-regional-de-la-zona-metropolitana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cuernavaca.gob.mx\/?p=48408","title":{"rendered":"B94 25\/02\/25 CUERNAVACA FORTALECE COLABORACI\u00d3N INTERMUNICIPAL Y ESTATAL PARA EL DESARROLLO URBANO Y REGIONAL DE LA ZONA METROPOLITANA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>\u2022 El alcalde de Cuernavaca Jos\u00e9 Luis Uri\u00f3stegui Salgado firm\u00f3 un convenio marco de coordinaci\u00f3n metropolitana con Gobierno del Estado<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En un importante paso para la consolidaci\u00f3n del desarrollo urbano y regional, el presidente municipal de Cuernavaca, Jos\u00e9 Luis Uri\u00f3stegui Salgado, firm\u00f3 el convenio marco de coordinaci\u00f3n metropolitana entre el Gobierno del Estado de Morelos y los municipios de la zona metropolitana de Cuernavaca, entre los que se encuentran Jiutepec, Xochitepec, Huitzilac, Temixco y Emiliano Zapata.<\/p>\n<p>El evento, llevado a cabo en el Centro Cultural Teopanzolco, busca fortalecer la colaboraci\u00f3n intermunicipal para impulsar proyectos y acciones conjuntas que atiendan las necesidades comunes de la regi\u00f3n metropolitana, como la seguridad p\u00fablica y protecci\u00f3n ciudadana, agua y drenaje, protecci\u00f3n civil, medio ambiente, movilidad y transporte, asimismo el crecimiento y desarrollo econ\u00f3mico de la zona. Adem\u00e1s, se plantea impulsar reformas sustanciales en materia legislativa y administrativa.<\/p>\n<p>Al presidir el evento, la gobernadora Margarita Gonz\u00e1lez Saravia asegur\u00f3 que a trav\u00e9s de esta cooperaci\u00f3n intergubernamental se establecer\u00e1n l\u00edneas de trabajo para abordar retos comunes y espec\u00edficos que enfrentan los seis municipios, ejerciendo durante tres a\u00f1os pol\u00edticas y acciones que logren el crecimiento ordenado, la integraci\u00f3n regional y el bienestar de las y los habitantes, al igual que asentar las bases para las siguientes administraciones.<\/p>\n<p>En representaci\u00f3n de las y los ediles, el alcalde Jos\u00e9 Luis Uri\u00f3stegui Salgado destac\u00f3 la importancia de la uni\u00f3n de esfuerzos entre los diferentes niveles de gobierno y municipios, para lograr un desarrollo sostenible y equitativo para todas y todos los habitantes de la zona metropolitana que suman m\u00e1s del 50 por ciento de la poblaci\u00f3n del estado de Morelos, y sus decisiones est\u00e1n relacionadas a c\u00f3mo satisfacer servicios cotidianos, como lograr la seguridad p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>El secretario de Gobierno, Juan Salgado Brito, subray\u00f3 que con este convenio pretenden consolidar un instrumento y sistema de coordinaci\u00f3n con decisiones colegiadas que responsabilicen a las y los alcaldes, as\u00ed como a sus Cabildos, pero tambi\u00e9n que se aprovechen los recursos y potencial del Gobierno Federal, Estatal y de los municipios en beneficio de sus respectivas poblaciones.<\/p>\n<p>La firma de convenio fue atestiguada por integrantes del Cabildo de Cuernavaca, el secretario de Desarrollo Urbano y Obras P\u00fablicas, Demetrio Chavira de la Torre; autoridades estatales y la representaci\u00f3n del secretario de Planeaci\u00f3n, Ordenamiento Territorial y Coordinaci\u00f3n Metropolitana de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Alejandro Encinas Rodr\u00edguez.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<style>\n\t\t\t#gallery-1
