{"id":53772,"date":"2025-10-19T10:05:45","date_gmt":"2025-10-19T16:05:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cuernavaca.gob.mx\/?p=53772"},"modified":"2025-10-19T22:49:10","modified_gmt":"2025-10-20T04:49:10","slug":"b663-19-10-25-cabildo-de-cuernavaca-incentiva-el-cumplimiento-fiscal-con-descuentos-de-hasta-80","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cuernavaca.gob.mx\/?p=53772","title":{"rendered":"B663 19\/10\/25 CABILDO DE CUERNAVACA INCENTIVA EL CUMPLIMIENTO FISCAL CON DESCUENTOS DE HASTA 80%"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>* La medida busca apoyar la econom\u00eda de las familias y fortalecer la recaudaci\u00f3n municipal con vigencia hasta diciembre de 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Con el objetivo de apoyar la econom\u00eda de los contribuyentes y al mismo tiempo fortalecer la recaudaci\u00f3n municipal, el Cabildo del Ayuntamiento de Cuernavaca, presidido por el alcalde Jos\u00e9 Luis Uri\u00f3stegui Salgado, aprob\u00f3 la aplicaci\u00f3n de un est\u00edmulo fiscal de hasta un 80% en multas y recargos en el pago del impuesto predial y servicios p\u00fablicos municipales, vigente hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la sesi\u00f3n ordinaria de Cabildo, el alcalde explic\u00f3 que este acuerdo forma parte de una estrategia implementada desde el inicio del a\u00f1o para incentivar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales, sin comprometer las finanzas p\u00fablicas. Subray\u00f3 que, al facilitar el acceso a estos beneficios, se promueve una cultura de responsabilidad fiscal entre la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Por su lado, el tesorero municipal, Javier Arozarena Salazar, asever\u00f3 que esta medida ha sido clave para que cientos de contribuyentes regularicen su situaci\u00f3n, lo que a su vez les permitir\u00e1 aprovechar el programa de pago anticipado del ejercicio fiscal 2026 que inici\u00f3 en este mes de octubre.<\/p>\n<p>Record\u00f3 que en 2024 esta estrategia permiti\u00f3 recaudar 23 millones y medio de pesos en menos de dos meses, por lo que se espera que este a\u00f1o la recaudaci\u00f3n sea a\u00fan mayor, traduci\u00e9ndose en m\u00e1s obras, servicios y acciones para mejorar la calidad de vida de los habitantes de
