Informe de Actividades de la Comisi\u00f3n Ejecutiva de Atenci\u00f3n y Reparaci\u00f3n a V\u00edctimas del Estado de Morelos (CEARV), donde reconoci\u00f3 el trabajo encabezado por Pen\u00e9lope Picazo Hern\u00e1ndez en la protecci\u00f3n y acompa\u00f1amiento de las personas que han sufrido alg\u00fan tipo de violencia o vulneraci\u00f3n a sus derechos.<\/p>\n<p>Acompa\u00f1ado de su esposa Luz Mar\u00eda Zagal Guzm\u00e1n, presidenta del Sistema Municipal DIF Cuernavaca, Uri\u00f3stegui Salgado subray\u00f3 la importancia de la colaboraci\u00f3n entre municipios y el estado para brindar una atenci\u00f3n integral y humana.
