orientaci\u00f3n en Lengua de Se\u00f1as Mexicana y se han implementado adecuaciones para facilitar el acceso y la atenci\u00f3n a personas con discapacidad<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Con el objetivo de brindar una atenci\u00f3n m\u00e1s accesible, cercana y equitativa a la ciudadan\u00eda, la Tesorer\u00eda Municipal de Cuernavaca cuenta con personal capacitado para ofrecer atenci\u00f3n e informaci\u00f3n sobre los tr\u00e1mites y servicios que se realizan en esta dependencia, mediante el uso de la Lengua de Se\u00f1as Mexicana (LSM), dirigida a personas sordas o con discapacidad auditiva.<\/p>\n<p>Esta iniciativa forma parte del compromiso de construir un Gobierno Incluyente, que reconoce la diversidad de la poblaci\u00f3n, trabaja para eliminar las barreras de comunicaci\u00f3n y promueve una sociedad m\u00e1s accesible e inclusiva en el acceso a los servicios p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de esta atenci\u00f3n, las personas sordas o con discapacidad auditiva pueden recibir orientaci\u00f3n sobre los procedimientos que se realizan en la Tesorer\u00eda Municipal, favoreciendo una comunicaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s efectiva y una atenci\u00f3n digna, respetuosa y oportuna.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, en las instalaciones de la dependencia se han instalado rampas para personas con movilidad limitada, con el prop\u00f3sito de facilitar su desplazamiento, as\u00ed como una caja de cobro para atender a personas con discapacidad, con el objetivo de garantizar que nadie quede fuera de los servicios p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<p>Con estas acciones, el Ayuntamiento de Cuernavaca, a trav\u00e9s de la Tesorer\u00eda Municipal, refrenda su compromiso de acercar los servicios p\u00fablicos a todas y todos, impulsando una administraci\u00f3n que coloca la inclusi\u00f3n, la accesibilidad y el respeto a los derechos de la ciudadan\u00eda como elementos fundamentales de su atenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<style>\n\t\t\t#gallery-1
