Desde esta perspectiva, el Instituto de la Mujer de Cuernavaca (IMC) genera espacios de aprendizaje que, adem\u00e1s de brindar conocimientos, buscan propiciar la reflexi\u00f3n sobre las condiciones que enfrentan las mujeres y las oportunidades que pueden construir.<\/p>\n<p>En el marco del D\u00eda Internacional de la Igualdad Salarial, se llev\u00f3 a cabo la pl\u00e1tica \u201cHablemos de: Igualdad Salarial\u201d, impartida por la abogada Yuritze Castillo, en la que se abordaron los derechos de las mujeres en materia salarial y la importancia de reconocer las brechas que persisten en los espacios laborales.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, el programa de Fortalecimiento de la Autonom\u00eda Econ\u00f3mica de las Mujeres (FAEM) promueve que la capacitaci\u00f3n para el emprendimiento vaya acompa\u00f1ada del conocimiento de los derechos que inciden en la vida econ\u00f3mica de las mujeres. En este marco, durante la jornada dedicada a la elaboraci\u00f3n de salsas mexicanas, las participantes recibieron una charla sobre igualdad salarial, donde reflexionaron sobre el derecho a que su trabajo sea valorado y remunerado de manera justa, sumando herramientas para fortalecer su autonom\u00eda econ\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n<p>La formaci\u00f3n para el trabajo y el conocimiento de los derechos se complementan para avanzar hacia una mayor autonom\u00eda econ\u00f3mica. En este sentido, el IMC promueve espacios donde las mujeres puedan adquirir herramientas para el emprendimiento, pero tambi\u00e9n informaci\u00f3n que les permita reconocer el valor de su trabajo y exigir condiciones laborales justas.<\/p>\n<p>Garantizar una remuneraci\u00f3n justa es parte de las condiciones que permiten fortalecer la autonom\u00eda y ampliar las oportunidades de las mujeres.
