Con esta visi\u00f3n, el Ayuntamiento de Cuernavaca, a trav\u00e9s del Instituto de la Mujer de Cuernavaca (IMC) y la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico y Turismo (SDEyT), abri\u00f3 un espacio para que mujeres del municipio descubrieran el potencial del pan artesanal como una alternativa de emprendimiento.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s del Taller de Elaboraci\u00f3n de Pan con Masa Madre, las asistentes experimentaron el proceso de preparaci\u00f3n de este producto, desde el conocimiento de sus t\u00e9cnicas hasta la elaboraci\u00f3n de sus propias hogazas, bajo la instrucci\u00f3n del maestro y sommelier Jes\u00fas P\u00e9rez \u00c1vila.<\/p>\n<p>En la apertura de esta actividad participaron Lorena Elizabeth Castillo Castillo, directora general del IMC; Andr\u00e9s Montemayor Sedano, director de Fomento Empresarial y al Empleo; Ricardo Esteban Rivera Mart\u00ednez, director de Mercados, y David Ricardo L\u00f3pez Gim\u00e9nez, presidente de la C\u00e1mara Nacional de Comercio, Servicios y Turismo de Cuernavaca (CANACO SERVYTUR).<\/p>\n<p>Durante la jornada se resalt\u00f3 la importancia de vincular la capacitaci\u00f3n con herramientas que favorezcan el crecimiento de los proyectos productivos, desde la identificaci\u00f3n de posibles clientes hasta la administraci\u00f3n de costos, recursos y ganancias.
